What makes Spark BMX Training different?

There are other coaches out there that have experience working with young, healthy, elite riders. Not many trainers have actual, real-world experience working with teaching young kids basic skills, athletes, helping overweight clients change eating habits, and adults work around painful movements… all in the same day.

Teenagers and young adults are a very easy population to train. They are usually strong enough, flexible enough, and healthy enough to throw whatever training you want at them and because of the beauty of hormones – they improve rapidly.

With young kids and older athletes, you can’t just give them the same program as an Elite rider and expect them to succeed.

This is why all my athletes start with an online, individual movement, posture, strength, and endurance assessment. With this, we can craft a program to start to address your physical weaknesses (if you have them) and turn them into strengths. This alone can take your riding to the next level.

Many other sports have a strength and conditioning/physical preparation coaches to keep the athletes strong, fast, and resistant to injury. In the NFL, NHL, NBA, MLB, etc. they have realized the importance of quality physical preparation for the sport. The importance of physical preparation is no different in BMX.

Through my experience and knowledge from training everyone from 70+ seniors to coaching 1st grade PE, I can create a plan that meets you where you are at. If you feel like your progress on the track has haulted, it is probably time to work on what’s limiting you.

 STEP 1 – CHOOSE WHICH OPTION IS BEST FOR YOU

  • Option 1: First month $149.99 and then $74.99 every month after. The first month will require quite a bit of getting to know each other; multiple emails with strength, mobility and conditioning assessments. Each month will be updated with new exercises or adjustments to your training plan. Cancel anytime, no agreement.

 

  • Option 2: First month is FREE and then $69.99 every month after. The first month will be the same as above. Expect to spend a few hours the first-month shooting and sending videos, answering questions about yourself as I get to know about you better. This deal is only good with a 6-month agreement. Let’s face it, no one becomes significantly better in 1 month. Training takes time and I want you to succeed!
